Welcome.Welcome to Nant-y-Coy Arts and Creativity Centre at the restored and revitalised Watermill in the Treffgarne Gorge, Pembrokeshire, South Wales.

Our Gallery, Shops, Studio and Events provide a unique range of art, crafts, gifts and artifacts in an ambiance full of history, originality, and creativity.

The four ton waterwheel turns again, driven by the water running down the leet from Nant-y-Coy brook.

Our Nature Trail and Sculpture Valley, set in 35 acres of conserved landscape, will lead you through the tranquility of ancient woodland glades and meadows to our very own peak (the Great Treffgarne Rock).

For the sporting, there is trout and salmon fishing available in the Western Cleddau, which runs through our estate.

Finally, freshly ground coffee and mouth watering meals are waiting for you in the Riverbend Café, where, depending upon the season, you can cosy up to a log fire or relax on the terrace in the sun.

We look forward to giving you a very warm welcome!

My paintings begin when I am travelling through Great Britain, Holland, France and Spain. When I am at home I develop the paintings further by using my memory and imagination and by trying to catch in them a sence of the spirit of place as well as history and the time of year.

Evidence of an Otter!

I haven’t been able to work in the Valley this month, not that there has been much to do, but it is nice to walk the Valley in its nakedness.  As I have said before, the Valley looks much bigger with all the undergrowth resting, you can see parts that haven’t been seen for a long time and it gives the Valley a new dimension.
