NEED: Immediate; CHEF'S ASSISTANT
We currently need a part-time assistant to our chef, although the position could become full-time. Work will include general tasks that arise in the kitchen, in the cafe, and in other areas in which Nant y Coy operates. Kitchen experience would be useful but is not essential as training may be available for the right person. We will be looking for an evening team including front-of-house and cooking staff for when we open in the evenings for dinner later in 2008.
